Toby Play’s Limbo, Part 16
One thing I liked about this game (even if I didn’t play it, Tobuscus did and he was very entertaining as usual) was that it wasn’t about reaching the end unscathed. It basically had no real end goal except figuring out the puzzles on the way. It may seem depressing that this game ends, and will always end with death. But I see it as one of those inevitable things everyone has to go through at one point in their lives.
The game was beautiful to watch, I liked the monochrome world we got to explore. It was fascinating if a bit scary, and watching Toby master puzzle after puzzle was cheering despite the gloominess of the game.
I’d like to play this myself.
